CS32F036Q is a general-purpose automotive MCU from CHIPSEA, which meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 requirements. It has a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core, an embedded 32 KB Flash, and an embedded 4 KB SRAM. Its maximum operating frequency is 48 MHz. The chip offers standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, and USART (LIN Slave compatible)), a 12-bit ADC, 5 16-bit timers, and an enhanced control PWM timer.
