CS32F103
The CS32F103x8 and CS32F103xB standard MCU series use high-performance ARM® Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at 72 MHz, embedded with up to 128 KB flash and 20 KB SRAM. CS32F103x series contains three different packages, covering a variety of products ranging from 48 pins to 100 pins. The chip has standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, USART), two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers, one PWM advanced timer, one USB interface, and one CAN interface. The CS32F103x8 and CS32F103xB standard MCU series products have a power supply voltage of 2.0 V to 3.6 V and a working temperature range of-40 ℃ to +105 ℃. They support several power saving modes to meet the requirements of low power consumption applications. The CS32F103x8 and CS32F103xB series microcontrollers are suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as motor drives, medical handheld devices, PC peripherals, games, GPS platforms, industrial applications, etc.
