CS32F116Q is a general-purpose automotive grade MCU launched by Chipsea. It can satisfy AEC-Q100 Grade 1 requirements and is based on 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core, embedded 128Kbytes Flash and 20Kbytes SRAM, with the max operating frequency of 72MHz. CS32F116Q offers standard communication interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI and USART (compatible with LIN), USB), two 12bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16bit timers and one enhanced control PWM timer. CS32F116Q has the operating temperature of -40°C~125°C and is suitable for dust sensor, power seat, taillight, headlight, air condition controller and such body control application scenarios.
