CS8P320
CS8P320 MCU: Built-in rich resources, suitable for consumer electronics in multiple fields
CS8P320 has built-in 4K×16-bit OTP and 232-byte SRAM, and the product line covers various specifications such as 16-pin. The chip provides a standard communication interface (UART) with 12-bit ADC and timer function. It has a wide operating temperature range from -40℃ to 85℃ and a flexible operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V. This makes CS8P320 particularly suitable for consumer electronics such as personal care and TWS charging case.
